Founded 8 years ago, Pattaya Foreigner Services (PFS) are an independent sales and letting Swiss run property agency. The Managing Director, Paul Camilleri, takes a very hands on approach, will personally take care of his clientele and with him speaking English, German, French and Italian, he does with a great deal of success.
Being Swiss the company has been built on a platform of reliability, punctuality and responding quickly to customers needs and requests. PFS offer a wide range of properties for sale which includes new and resale properties: houses, villas, condominiums and land sales. Rentals are also in the portfolio.
It is not just the buyers that are well cared for but the sellers too. PFS pride themselves on the fact, that a representative from the company has visited every property in their listings portfolio, so ensuring that they are familiar with what they are offering. They will often spend an hour or more, listing the property and ensuring that good quality photographs are taken, in order to show the full potential of the property.
